Refund/Exchange policy

Refund Policy: 

• We do not issue out refunds, however we will only issue refund only if it goes with the options down below:

    If we do not send your order in the amount of time of the shipping time frame of the ordering date.

Exchange Policy:

• Our exchange policy is very simple, we only do exchanges if we have shipped out a product that was not in the order/you feel that you have ordered the wrong item and want to exchange it, but we will only exchange it if the item that was shipped to you is in the condition that it was shipped out in. 
• We will not ACCEPT any condition that are opened, broken, or bent. Because we ship our items brand new and we will not be accepting any other conditions but new.
